Information on the right of withdrawal

1. No right of withdrawal for tours with a fixed date

For contracts for leisure services that are provided on a specific date or within a specific period – such as private guided tours, shore excursions, day trips and round trips – there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB (Section 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code).

Your booking is therefore binding upon our confirmation. Cancellations are governed by the cancellation terms in our terms and conditions (clause 6).

2. Museum Pass and tickets

Museum Pass and other tickets are issued immediately. By placing your order, you agree to their immediate issue; there is no right of withdrawal, and a refund is excluded.

3. Cancellation

Please send cancellations in text form (e-mail is sufficient) to kontakt@meinreiseleiter.de. The following flat-rate charges of the total price apply: up to 30 days before the start 30 %, 29–15 days 50 %, 14–7 days 75 %, 6–1 day(s) and in the event of a no-show 100 %. Changes of booking are always subject to a charge.
